It has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to sit down and enjoy your time instead of rushing out. We ordered the Deluxe Avocado Toast, and it was genuinely good. The guac was fresh, nicely seasoned, and had a smooth texture that paired perfectly with the toast. Not the absolute best we’ve ever had, but still really enjoyable and definitely worth ordering. We also got lattes, and the coffee was really good, smooth, hot, and balanced without being bitter. Another thing we appreciated was the reasonable pricing. For the quality of the food and drinks, and considering how clean and well-kept the café is, everything felt fairly priced. The service was friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff greeted us warmly, took care of us without rushing, and made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. It’s clear they care about their customers and the atmosphere they create. Went to Pilgrim Coffeehouse for the first time. Ordered the iced white chocolate mocha. Very delicious and fresh tasting!!! The atmosphere was very pleasant and cozy! Also, outstanding customer service!!! Highly recommended!!! Love love love it !!! I am definitely coming back to support this local coffee shop and it’s closer to my work - what a bonus!!!!
Very chill vibe. My cold brew? Black. No sugar. Bitter but not so bitter that it chokes me. Like that smooth bitter that helps remind you of the bitterness/unfairness of this world without shoving it down your throat. Ham and Jam Sammy? Alliteration in food? Very nice. I don't like ham but something about jam in my ham was intriguing. It was delicious. The croissant? Flakey and warm. Nice bite of ham too. Price? Expensive. It was close to 20 bucks without tipping. Which I think I forgot to tip. My b. That's a miss on my part. Worth? If you have a tech job, yeah. Good place to do work, chill, get food, some good coffee, good wifi and pretty clean. View? None. It's a parking lot and a view of the super saver. Maybe observing the poor helps improve the flavor of the food for some but not as much for me. That's ok though, I should be focusing on my deliverables.
I have been in Pilgrim a few times now and each time I have been impressed with the service of the employees. Though I don't frequent many coffeehouses, I do notice the attention to detail that people put into their service when I do. The people working behind the counter have gone out of their way to welcome and serve me each time I have been in. Honestly, most people in the service industry in our city don't seem to value showing courtesy to the people they help, so I was surprised (yesterday) when the gentlemen behind the counter went out of his way to not only greet me, but to also to bring me my drink when I forgot to go pick it up at the counter. To serve like he did was honorable in a way most people don't value...or notice. Thanks for going out of your way!
I am just drawn to the atmosphere when I entered this cafe. The service staff were busy but they acknowledged my presence and told me that they will attend to me shortly. The menu is concise with some unique flavors for drinks & attractive foods. There r merchandise that they sell where what u paid go directly to the local artists & designers. This is truly a generous & purposeful mission for the cafe owners. The mocha mint coffee I ordered tasted really great. I can’t wait to be there to try others out!
First time here when I dropped off my car to repair. This coffee shop is spacious. Good chai and bakery selections. Staffs are friendly. You can bring your pet inside. Nice place to hang out here.
Saturday before noon wasn’t too busy! As we were leaving the place was getting packed! I noticed that they are dog friendly which is great for next time ~ it was our first time with our eight month old in stroller. We got our coffee and matcha to go, but will definitely stay longer (: The pb toast with banana was surprisingly really scrumptious! Also, I was pretty darn impressed with my matcha “) staff was so friendly and welcoming! Good vibes all around here!!
